Our Products

Three Products. One Platform.

Every Carbix SCM is produced by the same reactor platform — differentiated by feedstock blend, processing parameters, and the carbon accounting outcome your project requires.

Choose Your Carbon Outcome

Carbix-Negative, CarbixZero, and CarbixLow are supplemental cementitious materials engineered for different project carbon targets. All three are ASTM C618 compliant, drop-in compatible with existing concrete mix designs, and produced from permanently sequestered CO₂.

Most Carbon Impact

Carbix-Negative

Net Negative Carbon

Carbix-Negative delivers a net negative embodied carbon profile — meaning more CO₂ is permanently sequestered in the material than is emitted across its full production lifecycle. Designed for projects with aggressive carbon reduction targets or net-zero commitments.

Key Specs

Carbon RatingNet Negative (< 0 kgCO₂e/kg)
Replacement RateUp to 30% cement replacement
ASTM ComplianceASTM C618 Class N
Embodied Carbon< −0.15 kgCO₂e/kg
AvailabilityCommercial — limited allocation

Ideal For

Net-zero and carbon-negative building projects
Infrastructure with embodied carbon mandates
LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge
Developer ESG commitments and carbon reporting
Most Versatile

CarbixZero

Net Zero Carbon

CarbixZero achieves a net zero embodied carbon profile across its production lifecycle. The broadest-application product in the Carbix range — suitable for the widest variety of structural and non-structural concrete applications without mix design changes.

Key Specs

Carbon RatingNet Zero (≈ 0 kgCO₂e/kg)
Replacement RateUp to 40% cement replacement
ASTM ComplianceASTM C618 Class N / Class F
Embodied Carbon−0.05 to +0.05 kgCO₂e/kg
AvailabilityCommercial — standard allocation

Ideal For

Commercial and mixed-use construction
Civil infrastructure and public works
Precast and ready-mix concrete producers
Projects targeting LEED Gold or equivalent
Highest Volume

CarbixLow

Low Carbon

CarbixLow is a high-volume, low-carbon SCM designed for cost-sensitive applications where significant carbon reduction is required but a net-zero or net-negative profile is not mandated. The most economical entry point into the Carbix product range.

Key Specs

Carbon RatingLow Carbon (50–80% below OPC)
Replacement RateUp to 40% cement replacement
ASTM ComplianceASTM C618 Class F
Embodied Carbon+0.05 to +0.15 kgCO₂e/kg

Ideal For

Mass concrete and large civil pours
Industrial flooring and warehouse slabs
Road base and pavement applications
Ready-mix producers seeking SCM supply diversification

Side-by-Side Comparison

Journey to You

Zero-Emission Delivery. From Weymouth to Your Site.

Every bag of Carbix SCM — whether cement, concrete mix, or aggregate — travels to your project in an all-electric vehicle. Our dedicated EV fleet of box trucks and semi-trucks serves the entire Northeast and New York region, covering construction sites up to 800 km from our North Weymouth, MA facility. Deliveries are app-scheduled, route-optimized, and fully documented for carbon accounting.

LEED Credit Contribution
EV delivery of Carbix SCMs directly supports LEED v4.1 credits under Materials & Resources (MR) and Innovation categories. Because transportation emissions are included in a product's Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), switching to zero-tailpipe delivery reduces the reported embodied carbon of every tonne delivered — improving your project's whole-lifecycle emissions profile and strengthening your LEED scorecard.
Whole-Lifecycle Emissions Reduction
Lifecycle emissions don't stop at the plant gate. App-scheduled EV deliveries eliminate last-mile diesel combustion, reduce route inefficiencies, and generate a verified transport emissions record for every order. For projects within our 800 km service radius — covering MA, RI, CT, NH, VT, ME, NY, NJ, and PA — this means the carbon story of your concrete is clean from reactor to pour.

How to Specify Carbix SCMs

Carbix products are specified as supplemental cementitious materials under ASTM C618. No changes to batching equipment, mix design software, or construction processes are required. Performance data and technical data sheets are available to qualified specifiers under NDA.

01
Select your product
Choose Carbix-Negative, CarbixZero, or CarbixLow based on your project carbon target and application.
02
Request technical data
We provide full TDS, mix design guidance, and performance test data to qualified specifiers.
03
Trial mix validation
Run a trial mix with your ready-mix producer. Our technical team supports the process.
04
